BIO
I am Dino Kužnik, a New York-based Photographer, with a background in graphic design.
I use photography as a medium to immortalize aesthetically unique scenes, with an emphasis on color and composition. With 12 years of experience as a photojournalist, retoucher, and graphic designer, I now focus mainly on personal and commercial projects which include documentary and landscape photography, automotive and architectural subjects, environmental portraits, and fashion.
In 2019, I published my first hardcover book called Shaped by the West which has sold out in three editions. I have been featured and published in numerous publications, both online and in print, and my work has been exhibited in London, Ljubljana, New York, Toronto, Trieste, Arles, Detroit, and Paris.
In 2017, I was shortlisted for the landscape category of the Sony World Photography Awards and was exhibited in Somerset House alongside Martin Parr.
In 2022, I started a book publishing studio called Aliens in Residence with my business partner Arnaud Montagard. Our first book release, Leah Frances's Lunch Poems, sold out in three months after publication.
In 2023 I joined the roster of photographers at Sait Luke Artists.
